This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use and disclosure of your information through the SiteWorx Software SiteWorx Service (the “Service”). Personal Information
In order to optimize full functionality of the Service, specific personal data will be collected, including your phone number, email address, password, anonymized usage data and application settings specific to your company’s control configurations in the SiteWorx Platform. When an action is performed such as user login, application usage, etc., personal data is collected. SiteWorx Software stores your salted hash password on our servers. This guards against the possibility that someone who gains unauthorized access to the database can retrieve the passwords of every user in the system.
Application settings specific to your company’s control configurations in the SiteWorx Platform are downloaded and stored on your device and SiteWorx Software secure servers.
Our Service Providers
SiteWorx Software uses service providers to collect, use, analyze and otherwise process information on our behalf. Your anonymized usage data is shared with one or more analytics service providers. We expect our service providers to handle personal information in a manner consistent with our policies and legal obligations.
Mergers and Acquisitions
SiteWorx Software may decide to sell, merge or reorganize its businesses. As part of the transaction, we may need to disclose personal information to prospective or actual purchasers. SiteWorx Software will endeavor to offer the appropriate protection for information in these transactions.

SiteWorx Software implements reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Although our goal is to protect your information, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Children
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@siteworx.io. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time following confirmation.
Changes
